Anxious dogs are a large part of what we do, and we work at their pace rather than ours. Owners often tell us their dog settled with us when they had not settled elsewhere.
Yes, tell us the cut you want and we will work to it. If you are not sure, we are happy to suggest something that suits the coat.
Bring him in and we will look at the coat first and talk you through the options. Where knots cannot be brushed out we will clip them off, keeping him calm while we do it.
We have groomed dogs who were not in the best shape and taken extra care over them. Tell us about it when you book so we know what to watch for.
A descale, clean and polish, with the dog awake and handled gently throughout. Ring us on 020 8653 7229 and we will talk you through it.
It depends on the dog, so ask us when you come in and we will tell you what we see. Plenty of our customers book their dog back in on a regular basis.
